About Us
Archery Field Finance Education was created with the primary objective to deliver fun, engaging unintimidating Global Financial Markets courses and workshops for students -aka ‘Finopolus’.
The Founder, Chief Principal and Facilitator Michael Cross, has been a passionate teacher and communicator for more than a decade. In his younger years, Schooled at City of London school for Boys to go on to work as a bond trader in the City of London, trading through volatile, challenging and interesting markets.

Archery Field Finance Education and Michael’s passion lies in teaching in all its forms – from designing courses, giving seminars to teaching classrooms and helping students learn new concepts and ideas. He has taught for many years in London and Internationally and has given his lectures in cities in Europe and Asia.
Michael’s pioneering product – ‘Finopolus’ the exchange simulation is a novel and fun sim of a real market, with multiple teams and unique roles. Each Student Team represents themselves as a money manager, with a view to buy or sell on an exchange. Different roles like a Pension fund manager, a hedge fund speculator a producer (miner) exist and all trade together.
